Can I cancel or modify my order?No cancellations are allowed once payment has been made, as we prepare all arrangements fresh to order. Changes are accepted only by phone and must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date and time. No changes are permitted within 48 hours of delivery.
What is your return and refund policy?No refunds are issued once payment has been made. However, we provide in-store credit if there are issues with your order. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your flowers if you experience any problems.
What if my chosen product is unavailable?If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you immediately to notify you. You may choose to exchange it for another item of equal or greater value, or receive a full in-store credit. We will not proceed without your confirmation.
What is your Satisfaction Guarantee?Our Satisfaction Guarantee ensures we will do whatever it takes for you to be satisfied with your floral arrangement. We cover:
- Wilted flowers upon delivery
- Colors that don't match your request (if not properly communicated by our team)
- Delivery delays when using our official delivery service
- Wrong arrangement size
- Damaged/broken arrangements (when using our delivery service)
- Delivery to wrong address
- Errors on greeting cards (typos, wrong recipient, different card type)
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your arrangement with photo evidence.
What does your Satisfaction Guarantee NOT cover?The guarantee does not cover:
- Damage during delivery when using third-party courier services
- Wilting due to customer negligence (e.g., placing flowers in hot rooms)
- Issues not reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Problems that arise from customer-provided incorrect information
