All custom flower arrangements must be ordered in-store, by phone, or via WhatsApp.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through our payment gateway including Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and AMEX. We also accept bank transfers (BNI, Mandiri, Permata), GoPay, credit cards, and debit cards. All online orders for in-store pickup must be paid in full in advance.
Is online payment secure?
Yes, all online payments are processed through a secured payment gateway system. Your payment information is encrypted and protected by industry-standard security measures including Internet firewalls and anti-virus protection. Your account is debited for the total amount at the time of order confirmation.
Can I customize my order?
Yes, we welcome customization requests. Please share your preferences regarding colors, flower types, and design style, and our team will create a personalized arrangement tailored to your vision.
