What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to Jakarta and surrounding areas including North Jakarta, South Jakarta, East Jakarta, West Jakarta, Kelapa Gading, Karawaci, Lippo Karawaci, Serpong, BSD, Sudirman, Bekasi, and Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK). We also serve Bali and Tangerang regions.
What are your delivery times?
Deliveries are scheduled in two batches:

• Batch 1: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Batch 2: 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM

General delivery hours are between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Orders placed after 5:00 PM the day before delivery will automatically be scheduled for Batch 2.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM, subject to stock availability.
What if the recipient isn't available?
Please confirm the recipient's availability before placing an order. Our courier will wait for 15 minutes upon arrival. As flowers are fresh and perishable, we are not responsible for wilting due to delivery delays or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
